The Vice Celine Sangiovese 2020

Located just below the Stags Leap Palisades, their grower’s vineyard is home to Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Sangiovese. The vineyard’s history is synonymous with Napa Valley’s fame, as the grapes from this vineyard were responsible for one of 2 Napa Valley wines that placed in the “Judgement of Paris” in 1976. Less than 3/4 of an acre is planted to Sangiovese.

Winemaker Notes:
Opulent aromas of toasted coconut, lilac and truffle leap out of the glass. On the palate, this wine is so generous and multidimensional.
Fig and maraschino cherry make quite of an entrance backed with white truffle, sandalwood and fig on the mid-palate. Here the supple tannins converge into an umami velvet mouthfeel that leads to an explosion of savory flavors. Vanilla and coconut linger through the finish for minutes. Persistent and plush from beginning to end; this Sangiovese is ready to be enjoyed now, and will gracefully mature over time in the cellar.

barrel...Less than 288 bottles crafted, that's a 1 Barrel Production!!
